“The point of power is in the present moment… right here and right now in our minds… What we’re choosing to think and say, today, at this moment, will create tomorrow and the next day and the next week and the next month and the next year, and so on. The point of power is always in the present moment. This is where we being to make changes.
We’ve learned that for every effect in our lives, there’s a thought pattern that precedes and maintains it. Our consistent thinking patterns create our experiences. Therefore, by changing our thinking patterns, we can change our experiences.
The way to control your life is to control your choice of words and thoughts.”
- Louise L. Hay, author of “Heal Your Body”
Embrace your power, choose to change your thoughts, and you will change your life. You are lovable, you are enough, you are beautiful. Believe it, say it, live it.

That last affirmation hit me hard…right between the eyes and then shot down to my heart. Thank you for these beautiful truths.
You’re welcome! I love the last one too! It is something I’ve been working on… it strengthens the arms, which represent the capacity and ability to hold the experiences of life. If you ever feel pain or fatigue in your arms, this is a great affirmation to repeat.
